Returns & Exchange:
As a policy, we do not offer returns or exchanges on products, which are delivered in perfect condition as per the order placed. However, if the product is wrongfully delivered or has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect then we are open to fulfilling your order or raising a refund for the same. To exchange a product or report a damage in transit please get in touch with us within 12 hours of delivery at +91-9999091872 or e-mail us on email@example.com with an image of the wrongfully delivered or defective item.
Failed Delivery Attempts:
Since our products are perishable, we do not accept any returns in case the package is undelivered due to the following reasons - delivery executive is unable to reach the recipient at the time of delivery, recipient is unavailable, wrong address, premises locked. No refunds shall be initiated either. Once dispatched to a particular address, we will be unable to redirect the shipment to a new location.
